Fighter is a Hindi movie starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in prominent roles. It is a drama directed by Siddharth Anand. Produced by Viacom18Studios, Marflix Pictures, Mamta Anand, Ramon Chibb and Anku Pande. The movie, which will be “India’s first aerial action franchise,” will showcase the valour, sacrifice and patriotism of our armed forces.

‘Fighter’ is Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan’s first on-screen collaboration, and the ‘Dhoom: 2’ actor’s third collaboration with director Siddharth Anand, following ‘Bang Baang’ and ‘War’.

On Friday, October 28th, Anil Kapoor took to his Instagram handle and shared the film’s First Look Poster & the film’s Release Date and wrote, “All systems go! #FIGHTER is cleared for take-off on 25th January, 2024! Hold on to your seats and don’t let go!”

The poster accompanying the announcement depicts fighter planes in flight. The film was originally scheduled to be released on September 28, 2023, but the producers have decided to postpone it.

Director Siddharth Anand is currently preparing for the release of his next action thriller film, ‘Pathaan,’ starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham, which is set to hit theatres on January 25, 2023.

Whereas, Hrithik recently appeared in the action thriller ‘Vikram Vedha,’ co-starring Saif Ali Khan and Radhika Apte. Deepika, on the other hand, will star alongside Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan in the panIndia film ‘Project K.’ Aside from that, she also has ‘The Intern’ in her collection.

Fighter will hit the theatres on January 25th, 2024.
