Godfather is a forthcoming Telugu-language political action film directed by Mohan Raja and produced by Ram Charan, R. B. Choudary, and N. V. Prasad’s Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films are behind the film. Chiranjeevi plays the title role in this remake of the 2019 Malayalam film Lucifer, alongside Salman Khan, Nayanthara, and Satyadev Kancharana. The film score and soundtrack album of the film is composed by Thaman S with cinematography handled by Nirav Shah. The music rights were acquired by Saregama.

The trailer begins with the death of a CM named PKR, which raises questions about his replacement. The following scene introduces Chiranjeevi’s character Brahma, who has a large fan base but also several political enemies. The trailer introduces Salman Khan, who plays his younger brother in an extended cameo near the end of the video. Salman enters on a motorcycle and introduces Chiranjeevi as a GodFather. He says, “Hello brother, this is neither your concern nor is it mine. This is a family matter”. When a person asks, “Whose?” He says, “Your big brother’s big brother, GodFather”.

After the death of a political leader, a mysterious man steps in to ascend the throne. In the political drama film, Nayanthara will play the role of Sathyapriya Jaidev. Salman Khan, the ‘Radhe’ actor, also makes his Telugu film debut in the film.
