SSMB28 is the working title for an upcoming Indian Telugu-language action drama film written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, and produced by S. Radha Krishna under the banner of Haarika & Hassine Creations. Besides Mahesh, the movie will also feature Pooja Hedge and Samyuktha Menon.

Mahesh Babu is getting ready to begin work on his new project. The actor recently changed his character’s appearance in the film, tentatively titled SSMB28.

On Monday, The makers of the film released a video on their Official YouTube Channel named “Haarika & Hassine Creations” and announced that filming begin for the movie.

Sharing a glimpse of Mahesh Babu’s new look for his upcoming film, ‘Namrata Shirodkar' shared a photo of the actor on Instagram on Monday and wrote, “Work mode ON! Pic: Too cool Aalim bhai!" and accompanied her caption with fire icons.

According to reports, Mahesh Babu will play two characters in the film. According to sources close to the production, SSMB28 will take place in two different timelines at the same time.

The makers are reportedly considering names like ‘Parthu,’ ‘Arjuna,’ and ‘Asura Sandhya Velalo’ for the film’s title. SSMB28 is expected to begin with a fight scene. The much-anticipated film is set to hit theatres this summer.

SSMB28 is Trivikram Srinivas and Mahesh Babu’s third collaboration. The actor-director team previously collaborated on Athadu and Khaleja.

The film is slated to Hit Theatres on 28th April, 2023.
