Aamir Khan says that following a diet plan is immensely difficult and during the filming of Dangal, he carried his Tiffin box to Shahrukh Khan's home to fight the urge to eat delicious food. Superstar Aamir Khan was interacting with media on the sidelines of a Book Launch titled Fat Loss Diet here in Mumbai. When asked about following a diet plan while visiting parties and dinner parties, Aamir Khan said, "I carry my Tiffin box, I kid you not, I am being very serious here. If you meet Shahrukh, you ask him and he will narrate you an interesting story. One time, Tim Cook from Apple was visiting SRK's house, and I was invited to the party as well. Gauri Khan told me that the dinner is served, eat before leaving and I was like, no, I am carrying my own Tiffin"
