Ranveer Singh Announces The Official Date of 64th Vimal Filmfare Awards 2019 at Press Conference

The coveted Black lady is up for grabs once again as the star of the millennium, Ranveer Singh announced the launch of the 64th Vimal Filmfare Awards 2019, at a conference held in Mumbai. The annual gala that recognizes best talents of Bollywood will be held on 23rd March 2019, Ranveer announced while sharing the stage with Filmfare editor Jitesh Pillai. Mr. Deepak Lamba (CEO- Worldwide Media), Mr. Anil Verma (Group Marketing Hear - Vimal Group), Mrs. Nina Elavur Jaipuria (Viacom 18) along with Ranveer and Jitesh lit the auspicious lamp. Talking about the editor, Ranveer said that since he entered the entertainment business he has rarely met someone so kind, so warm, so genuine and so real. The actor added that Jitesh is like a brother or a father figure to him. While, talking about Singh, Jitesh said that he feels like a proud parent of him. The editor said that Filmfare has always celebrated excellence and Ranveer has always been part of that excellence. Ranveer also shared an incident, he said, "I met Mr Bhansali today, he also asked what are you performing 'Khalibali', I said yes sir, so he is like 'hmmmmmmm'. He then said that you better do a good job. So I am very excited for my performing live and I am very charged up. And yaa, I have got something exciting."
