13B: Fear Has a New Address (2009)

Manohar (Madhavan) and his family move into their new 13th-floor apartment. The housewives are engrossed in a new television series called Sab Khairiat Hai (All is well). As the TV show progresses, all of the events depicted in the show begin to happen to Manohar and his family. Things start to go wrong in the TV show, and unexpected events begin to occur. Will Manohar and his family face the same fate? Is Manohar going to be able to solve the mystery until it kills him and his entire family?
