A Flat (2010)

The history of another person has the power to alter the course of your life. As soon as Rahul returned from the United States to console his long-lost love Preeti, he was hit by a series of unexpected events. First there was his father's mysterious death while visiting the flat, then Preeti's mysterious disappearance, and now Rahul finds himself stuck in his own flat, totally cut off from the rest of the world. He has only one companion: a ghost who refuses to let go of him. Rahul's soul-searching journey begins in the apartment. Is it a ruse or a product of his imagination? He soon understands that he was not being fair to his own soul-mate Preeti, and the idea that someone else's history might potentially affect the course of one's life gives him the creeps. If he is to get out of this quagmire, he must find a way, or the ghost will not spare him.
