Aaj Ka Andha Kanoon (2003)

Deva arrives in the city in search of jobs! He meets Shiva, a smuggler who is doing illegal work. Deva informs Shiva that he is dissatisfied with the situation, and the two of them fight. Shiva is assassinated by Deva, and the cops arrive to apprehend him. The police inspector tells Deva that getting rid of Shiva was a positive thing, and that he should become the city's "Robin Hood" to support others. Deva agrees, but his greed gets the better of him, and he is now being prosecuted by the inspector. What would the outcome of the chase be? Will he be able to catch up to Deva? Will justice be served?
