Mrs. Khambatta, the governess of an ageing billionaire, asks her financial advisor, Pat, to find another elderly lady after her governess dies. Pat, on the other hand, persuades Mrs. Khambatta to recruit a young Sheena Roy, who quickly becomes his obsession. Pat then makes amorous advances towards Sheena, forcing her to return the favour. Sheen submits to Pat because she has no other choice, but she keeps this a secret from her boyfriend Ricky. Pat, on the other hand, discovers a secret about Mrs. Khambatta's will after spending the evening with Sheena, and soon finds himself embroiled in a scandal that threatens to ruin his life.
