Apradhi Kaun (2000)

Mr. Dhawan, the Principal of Science College, is a dubious figure with a shady background. A female student commits suicide after being subjected to ragging by senior students. Such students are known as the mobile party because they are active in ragging. Mr. Dhawan chastises them as they focus on Alok, a new student. However, Alok dies later, and Dhawan tries to hide the truth. He tells the cops that Alok's death was due to a freak accident. Surprisingly, members of the infamous mobile community begin to be violently murdered one by one. Inspector Choudhry, a police officer, begins an investigation. He suspects Ravi, Suman, members of the opposing gang, or Principal Dhawan himself as the assailant. Later, Dhawan is assassinated. Choudhury detains and prosecutes the son of local MLA Malhotra. He also succeeds in obtaining a confession. Then three more members of the mobile community are killed the next day.
