Gurgaon is India Shining's most modern boomtown, the next frontier to be explored by those who understand real estate. In just fifteen years, this city went from a small town to a boom town satellite city. Law and order, on the other hand, has yet to catch up. Yashwardhan (Jackie Shroff) runs a parallel universe in which he is the Emperor while posing as a respected citizen. To apprehend a suspect, the law must now think like a criminal! When Vishal (Arjun Kapoor) is planted in Yashwardhan's world in place of Ajay (Arjun Kapoor), the lawmakers (Rishi Kapoor & Prithviraj) roll the dice, and a chain of events unfolds that is much more than Vishal bargained for, as he finds himself in a situation that puts him to the test!
