Bonus (2020)

Aditya is a rich young guy who works as an economics graduate at his family's firm. Because of the lower profit margin, he is opposed to paying bonuses to employees. His grandfather, on the other hand, is opposed to him and believes that giving the bonus is their moral obligation. His grandfather challenges him to live the life of a labourer for 30 days, and if he succeeds, he will revoke their company's incentives. Aditya accepts the challenge and discovers that living outside his sheltered experience changes his entire outlook over the course of 30 days.
