Chalk n Duster (2016)

Chalk N Duster follows the emotional journey of two Mumbai-based high school teachers Vidya (Shabana Azmi) and Jyoti (Juhi Chawla). Their enthusiasm for teaching creates a special connection between them and their students. Good grades provide them with satisfaction, as do the moral ideals they aspire to instill in students. However, Kamini Gupta (Divya Dutta) is named as School Principal in an unfortunate turn of events. She is cunning by nature, and she takes advantage of every chance to make money for the school. She tries to substitute seasoned teachers with new teachers, lowering the school's educational standard. Vidya and Jyoti work together to gain respect and prestige as teachers, as well as unite against the management's biases.
