Chappad Phaad Ke (2019)

Chappad Phaad Ke is a humorous look at the consumerism and hypocrisy that pervades our daily lives, set against the backdrop of a typical Maharashtrian middle-class household. Sharad Gupchup, a rigorous disciplinarian and morally honest man, leads the Gupchup family, which includes his modest wife Vaishali and their two small daughters Shubham and Ketaki. The Gupchups live a life of quiet desperation, burdened by the burden of upholding the lofty moral standards that Sharad so fervently promotes. When the family comes across a suitcase full of unclaimed cash worth crores, their lives are thrown into disarray as they try to reconcile their worldly ambitions and aspirations with what would be the moral thing to do.
