Vaibhav becomes a goon as a result of his father's wishes. He has feelings for Mugdha, but her family is against the connection. Hrishi and Alka, two students from an impoverished family, arrive in the city soon after. Alka develops feelings for Vaibhav. The plot unfolds as Vaibhav, Hrishi, and Alka prepare for the Civil Services Exam together.
