Delhi-6 (2009)

New Delhi – 6 makes an effort to reveal a person's two faces. In today's culture, we all point the finger at the other person for everything that goes wrong around us, searching for the devil to blame. In fact, the devil lives inside of us. The story is told by dipping the pen in chaos ink, which is black in colour. It's the story of Roshan, an Indian-American boy who visits India for the first time to visit his ailing grandmother. She plans for her own death because she wants to die on her own soil. Roshan was unaware of the sights and smells, the food and culture, the faith and values that an Indian society is packed with because he had lived a very western lifestyle in America. He communicates with his grandmother's neighbourhood after arriving in India and blends in as if he were one of them. He has no idea that the sweet people in his life, such as his grandmother, have another face that feeds the devil inside.
