The film is a devotional film dedicated to Maa Ashapura Madhwali, who is revered in Gujarat's Kutch region. Jaya Seal loses her mother and seeks comfort at Devi's feet. Raj Singh Verma, a tycoon, visits the temple in search of reconciliation. As he meets Jaya, they fall in love and marry. When Jaya is unable to conceive a child, she faces difficulties, but these are overcome thanks to Devi's blessings.
