Desi Boyz (2011)

It is the year of global recession, and the whole world has been affected by the financial crisis, with the exception of Nick Mathur and Jerry Patel, who live in London and are unaffected. Nick brags about his work as an investment banker and his lovely fiancée, Radhika, while Jerry is so used to living off his friend Nick that he has never experienced financial hardship. But life has a way of teaching us not to be satisfied with what we have now because it might not be the case tomorrow. The day Nick's company begins downsizing and fires him without cause, Nick and Jerry stop smiling smugly. Desi Boyz tells the tale of two men who feel pressured to go above and beyond the norm in order to obtain immediate gratification, but the consequences tear them apart, jeopardising their relationship.
