Dhadkan (2000)

Anjali, the only daughter of a rich industrialist, is head over heels in love with Dev, a poor family member. Anjali's father arranges for her to marry Ram, another industrialist, just as they are about to tie the knot. Dev reappears in her life years later, hoping for a reconciliation, but Anjali has fallen madly in love with her husband by this time.
