Dhamaal's four good-for-nothing knuckleheads are back! They're still as stupid and ineffective as they were before. Hard work is strictly forbidden, and the only work they have ever done is lie down on their backsides and fantasise about a better life. Then they see their old arch rival, Inspector Kabir, who is crooked (Sanjay Dutt). But he is no longer a cop, and instead of chasing crooks, he is chasing money, driving a Mercedes and living in a posh office and villa. The four knuckleheads are green with envy and resolve to share Kabir's good fortune no matter what it takes. As a result, they use bribery to persuade Kabir to make them his business partners. What they don't realise is that their dreams will soon turn into nightmares because Kabir has a hidden agenda that only his sultry wife Kamini (Mallika Sherawat) and lovely sister Kiya are aware of (Kangna Ranaut). As a result, a game of one-upmanship begins, with both sides having tricks up their sleeves and a cast of characters like Batabhai (Satish Kaushik), a bhai turned sadhu, and Johnny Bonzola, the King of Casinos, arriving to make the foursome's life miserable. Of course, there is a lot of money on the line. There are a lot of twists and turns in this story, as well as a lot of laughs. Who will, though, have the last laugh? Our four lovable jokers or the witty Kabir?
