Gang of Ghosts (2014)

The plot revolves around a haunted house that is being demolished to make way for a swanky shopping mall. Apparently, ghosts from various eras consider this to be their den, and what happens next forms the rest of the novel. It's a remake of Bhooter Bhabishyat, a Bengali film.
