Gulaal (2009)

In the fictional city of Rajpur, Rajasthan, a young member of a now-defunct royal family pines for the days of dynasty, staking claim to Rajasthan's territory. He wants the government to return Rajputana to him, and he opposes democracy. This is also what the people want, but the influence that comes with it corrupts the very philosophy that began it all.
