Haider (2014)

Vishal Bhardwaj's adaptation of William Shakespeare's Hamlet is called Haider. It tells the story of Haider, a young man who returns to Kashmir after learning of his father's disappearance. Not only does he discover that his father has been arrested for harbouring terrorists, but he also learns that his mother is dating his own uncle. The mother and son have a strained relationship as they try to come to terms with the news of his father's death. Haider soon discovers that his uncle is to blame for his father's death, and he sets out to avenge him.
