Heartless (2014)

Addy, also known as Aditya Singh (Adhyayan Suman), is the only child of Gayatri Singh (Deepti Naval), a business magnate. Unfortunately, he is terminally ill with an incurable heart disease for which there is no cure, and he can only be saved by a heart transplant. Aditya, on the other hand, is resistant to the idea before he falls in love with Ria (Ariana Ayam) and decides to be operated on by his mentor and uncle, Dr. Sameer Saxena, a heart surgeon (Shekhar Suman), despite his mother's suggestion to get it done by her friend Dr. Sanjay Trehan (Om Puri). The story takes an odd and unexpected turn in the operating room, where he encounters Anaesthesia Awareness, a frightening medical condition in which a patient is unconscious from the outside but awake from inside, hearing sounds and feeling pain, but is bodily paralysed. Aditya overhears some shocking and unsettling truths that will drastically alter his life.
