Jazbaa (2015)

Anuradha Verma's daughter is kidnapped, and the kidnapper tells her that the only way she'll see her daughter again is if she defends a convicted felon accused of brutally raping and murdering a young woman. The abductor keeps a close eye on Anuradha, pressures her to comply, and pulls off a flawless crime by outwitting the cops. Yohan, Anuradha's friend and a suspended police officer who doesn't follow the law, is too caught up in his own mess to rescue her. The prosecutor is a long-time foe who is hell-bent on destroying Anuradha's career. Anuradha has just seven days before the trial ends to save her daughter, and she must race against time and corruption.
