Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh (2016)

Vidya Sinha (Vidya Balan) and her daughter Mini live in Chandan Nagore, a sleepy town. Mini is the core of Vidya's universe. Her greatest joys come from doing little things with her daughter, such as playing games, going for walks, and cleaning the house together. However, life has other plans; Mini is kidnapped, and while attempting to find her daughter, Vidya is involved in a horrific accident, which leaves her in a coma at the hospital. As Inspector Inderjeet Singh (Arjun Rampal) arrives at the hospital to investigate a hit-and-run, he has no idea what he is in for. He learns that Vidya Sinha might not be who she appears to be when he investigates. Durga Rani Singh, a 36-year-old WANTED fugitive on the run for kidnapping and murder, has a dark history that connects her to her. What follows is a nail-biting suspense drama in which Vidya Sinha, who is in a coma, races against time to save her daughter while Inderjeet investigates Vidya Sinha's mysterious history.
