Karobaar: The Business of Love (2000)

Rajiv Sinha, a wealthy businessman, and Amar Saxena, a middle-class man, were childhood friends who shared common interests. They both fall in love with the same girl, Seema, by chance. Rajiv persuades Amar to marry a girl who has been badly raised, but Amar is stubborn, and he marries Sapna. But he soon realises it was Rajiv's plan to keep him and Seema apart. They develop into bitter rivals. Rajiv is soon charged with the murder of a young child. Now that Amar is a lawyer, he decides to teach Rajiv a lesson.
