Karz: The Burden of Truth (2002)

Karz tells the story of a young boy who was abandoned by his mother for reasons that are mysterious to him. Suraj, the young boy, grows up to be a prosperous businessman who befriends his brother, Raja, who introduces him to his mother. As Suraj's mother recognises a politician as a feared suspect, the story takes a turn, forcing Suraj to investigate the cause and confronting him with a harsh reality.
