Khatta Meetha (2010)

Sachin Tichkule (Akshay Kumar), a struggling road construction contractor, is doomed to dream big. His dream will never come true simply because he lacks the financial means to bribe someone. To make matters worse, the current municipal commissioner is his ex-girlfriend (Trisha), who has turned against him. Even as you laugh as Sachin bumbles his way from one tragedy to the next, the film exposes the level of corruption and bribery rampant in the system, as well as the ingenious methods you must employ if you want to survive.
