Shankar, a Haryanvi gangster who runs an illegal blood bank but acts as a messiah for the poor and needy, is the protagonist of the film. Shankar is joined by another ambitious youngster who wants to impress a girl with some fast cash. However, things get tense when Shankar tries to go his own way.
