Kashmir, once known as the Garden of Eden, is now a haven for devils. Millions of dollars are produced in an unaccountable manner, benefiting everyone from politicians and leaders to bureaucrats in Indian and Pakistani intelligence. Military Intelligence detects a plot that has the potential to disrupt and paralyse Kashmir. Vikram is dispatched to investigate this top-secret mission under the guise of Gul Jehangir.
