Main Hoon Na (2004)

Ram, an Indian army major, goes undercover as a college student to protect Sanjana Bakshi, the daughter of a general, from a rogue former army officer named Raghavan Datta. Major Ram, on the other hand, has his own personal agenda, which includes carrying out his father's last wishes and reconciling with his long-lost stepmother and stepbrother.
