Marudhar is the son of Ashok Pandey, his dictator boss. Marudhar trudges through his life, one hopeless day after another, straight as an arrow and dull as an oyster. But Ashok has wedding arrangements for him, and he isn't going to let him down. Marudhar marries the sweet and pretty Chitra from Lucknow, setting off a comedy of epic proportions. Marudhar embarks on an emotional and equally hilarious journey as he tries to find his feet amidst love, life, and family, despite having no prior experience dealing with women, let alone a wife.
