Meenaxi : The Tale Of Three Cities is a Hindi film about an author who is experiencing writer's block. A young girl approaches him and asks him to write a story about her. The tale continues to be perplexing as the novelist becomes so engrossed that he loses his ability to distinguish between fiction and fact.
