MLA (2012)

The film MLA is set in the Madhya Pradesh village of Bhaglipur, where an industrialist from the same village is serving his people by opening a milk factory and providing jobs. On the other hand, the district's elected MLA is doing little for his constituents except watching the industrialist's behaviour and attempting to gain his friendship for personal gain. However, the Industrialist's dismissal for the same causes a slew of conflicts and assaults, and the MLA becomes his most vehement foe. The film focuses on how a common man struggles as a result of the dispute and how he takes action to elect the best candidate for his district.
