Nay Varanbhat Loncha Kon Nay Koncha (2022)

This film is a harrowing portrayal of growing up in a city whose residents have been starved of harshness and immorality for ages. The night sky of Mumbai is considered to be perpetually haunted, with the curse of innumerable lives lost in a brutally expanding city obscuring the lovely glittering stars. The film, drenched in the fog of these forefathers, examines what it's like to grow up in a destitute neighbourhood, seeking to satisfy one's soul's need. The picture is a director's masterwork, performed by two young souls.
