Police Force: An Inside Story (2004)

Pandey (Amrish Puri), a Police Academy teacher, has been assigned to train new recruits who may become senior officers in India's police force. He gives it his all when it comes to physical fitness and delegating responsibilities. Only practise, however, will show them what it's like to work in the police department, including the flaws, incompetence, and political pressure. It is up to these young men to continue with these immoral activities or to lead the charge by ending them.
