The film Roll No. 56 is about a 12-year-old boy who has to change schools every year due to a physical disability. His parents' disagreement makes him feel alone, hollow, and suffocated from within. The child begins to lie, eat gutka, and stop going to school at a young age. This year, the school feels like poison to the boy, and the poison eventually spreads through his veins. Finally, the youngster abandons his home, school, and city. This is a major global child issue. India, like any other country, has a large number of missing children. Every year, seven lakh children in India go missing.
