A man embarks on a quest to bring down crooked and degenerate police, motivated by his traumatic experience and a deep sense of justice. His vigilantism, though, soon encounters an ally in the form of a righteous police officer who is determined to put an end to his heinous killing spree. A cat-and-mouse game ensues, and the two men are about to discover that, despite being on opposite sides of the law, they have a lot in common.
