Sauda - The Deal (2005)

Sameer (Aryan Vaid) is a successful businessman who dreams of living the high life with his beautiful and talented aspiring painter Devika (Preeti Jhangiani). Vijay Oberoi (Sanjay Kapoor), a powerful business tycoon, falls for the lovely Devika at a gallery, and it isn't long before a 'Indecent Proposition' is floated to Sameer for the use of his wife.
