Sirf is a film about four couples and their lives in a big city. They come from diverse social and financial backgrounds, and each has their own range of issues to deal with. What one pair possesses, the other lacks? Each couple looks at the other and hopes that they had what the other couple has, that their lives will be a bed of roses, whether financially or morally. For the first couple, what seems to be a big and seemingly unsolvable challenge is a minor annoyance for the second. Similarly, the serious dilemma of the second pair is not seen as a problem by the first, and vice versa for the other two couples. They find themselves trapped in the ever-moving crowd, where no one has time for themselves, let alone the needs of the world, in their quest to accomplish what they lack and in desperate search of the one thing that will fix all their problems. Over time, all four couples come together with a vague hope of the one thing that will end all of their troubles and set them free. Is it true or a figment of their creative imagination?
