Sooper Se Ooper (2013)

Ranvir's wealth has plummeted, and the only way for him to survive is to sell his ancestral land in Mumbai. Kukreja, who has put everything on the line, must obtain this land in order to avoid a don's wrath and, ultimately, to realize his dream of becoming a builder! This plot of land means everything to both Ranvir and Kukreja, and it must be obtained in every way possible. But Ranvir's mama, Madho Singh Rathore, in Mandawa, holds the key to the estate. Mama must sign a NOC because the will was not written in Ranvir's name. Within a month, Ranvir must transport his mother to Mumbai, and Kukreja must prevent him from doing so. The city visits a village in the first part, and the village visits the city in the second.
