The film is based on the true story of Aditya, a journalist. After his third heart attack, he is admitted to the hospital. There, he encounters Shaukat Ali, an underworld don who has also been accepted. During their stay in the hospital, they form an odd bond with one another, which eventually leads to Shaukat's conversion.
