Strangers (2007)
A business class flight from Southampton to London is comfortable and luxurious, and the premise of the film is that two of the protagonists, total strangers to each other, meet, speak, and plan to kill each other's wife to escape the hell they are stuck in. Mr. Rai is a wealthy businessman whose wife, Nandini, seems to be living the life of a millionaire; Rahul is a flamboyant writer with a flop career whose wife is Preity. He is an individual who can only serve as an example, never as an ideal. Their respective life partners are their only hindrances to victory. Rai and Preity plan to have Rahul kill Rai's wife Nandini and be framed for the murder as their rationality fades from their relationships and lives. An act that will haunt them for the rest of their lives but is the only way to remove the cause of their separation. However, their strategy takes nasty turns, and their simple assumption that Rahul was unaware of their relationship backfires, and the backdrop of a thriller becomes the foundation of two genuine and full love stories.
