Vikun Taak (2020)

Mukund Thorambe (Shivraj Waichal) is a Dubai-based mechanic. He returns to India to marry the girl of his mother's choosing. His father committed suicide a year ago because he was unable to repay his bank loan. The bank makes the decision to confiscate their belongings. His in-laws pull out on the day of his wedding and decide to call it off because Mukund (Mukya) has lost his property to the bank. Mukya travels from pillar to post seeking assistance to save his home, but no one comes to his aid. Disgusted by the events of his life, he uploads a 'Kidney' sale advertisement on an online website while inebriated. A wealthy Arab in need of a kidney completes the internet transaction and travels to India to claim the kidney. As a result, Mukund becomes engaged in a kidney racket and is pursued by cops. 'Vikun Taak' is Mukund's hilarious effort to save himself and prove his innocence while simultaneously exposing the system's flaws.
