Bauua Singh, a vertically challenged man full of charm and wit with a dash of arrogance, is the protagonist of the novel. Bauua, who was born into a wealthy family and raised in an affluent and indulgent setting, was never let down by Meerut or its citizens. But when he meets two women, his encounters with them lead him on a quest to fill in the gaps in his life and expand his horizons in order to discover a reason he never knew he had.
