Zid (2014)

Ronnie, a crime reporter who works as a writer for a local newspaper in Goa, and his young and sensual neighbor Maya, who falls madly in love with him, are the subjects of Zid. The love pair is returning from their first date on a stormy night when they are involved in an accident that results in the death of a teenage girl. Then comes complete panic. Ronnie and Maya are stumped as to what they should do next. Maya persuades Ronnie to report the death to the authorities. They return home that night, turning the accident into a hit-and-run case. This is the start of a series of lies and betrayals that will decide our protagonists' fate.
