Zinda (2006)

Zinda tells the story of a man who is imprisoned in a small Bangkok room for 14 years without understanding why he is being tortured. After he is released, he receives a threatening call from an unknown caller who tells him he has only four days to find out who kidnapped him and why before he is killed.
